Mediainbox provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for media innovation, including advanced solutions for analysis, monitoring, and management of content using Artificial Intelligence. Core features include:
- Media Audit: Continuous monitoring and recording of broadcasts, including ad detection and live mentions.
- Content AI: Tools for Speech-to-Text, Speaker Identification, and automated generation of clips or articles.
- Content Share: Intelligent distribution to social platforms like YouTube, X (Twitter), Instagram, and Facebook.
2\. Eligibility and Account
To use our Service, you must be at least 18 years of age. By registering an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Maintain the security of your password and identification.
- Accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
3\. Intellectual Property Rights
Other than the content you own, which you may have opted to include on this Website, under these Terms, Mediainbox S.A.S. and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website. - AI-generated transcriptions and identifications are provided for efficiency and may contain inaccuracies.
- You are responsible for auditing and verifying any AI-generated content before public distribution.
- You grant Mediainbox a non-exclusive license to process your uploaded media solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.
5\. Third-Party Services
The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites or services (e.g., Auth0 for authentication, Social Media APIs). You acknowledge and agree that Mediainbox shall not be responsible for any Third-Party Services, including their accuracy, copyright compliance, or legality.

In no event shall Mediainbox S.A.S., nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract. Mediainbox S.A.S., including its officers, directors, and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Uruguay, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Uruguay for the resolution of any disputes.
